Vocational Disability Assessment (VDA)

This VERY comprehensive process will provide a

solid estimate (defended in court) regarding the extent

to which, a persons' injury or disability or functional

limitation negatively alters his/her ability to access his/her

labor market as well as perform specific job titles. An expert vocational opinion is
expressed in a percentage of vocational disability. Deposition and

trial testimony is available upon request. Wes has assessed the vocational disability
of several hundred injured individuals. Wes's services are offered

to both defense and plaintiff attorneys.

Social Security Disability Services

After having provided vocational expert testimony in an estimated 400 social
security disability cases, Wes has a very strong understanding of what the SSI
system is looking for in order to rule favorably and award disability benefits to
deserving disabled individuals.

A vocational disability file review entails a comprehensive review of all available
medical, educational records and vocational background information. A report is
provided detailing the individuals work skill-set, typical vocational implications of
each medical condition, methods of modification(s) with a how and why
explanation that such modification(s) might not apply to the individual case. Typical
light duty jobs (those frequently cited by the SSA vocational experts) are presented
and disputed.
